Their present life, relationships, and work start to seem pointless and suffocating to them. They wish to know what they were put on this world to do. The awakening may feel uncomfortable and scary at first, but it is important to hold on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When Does Spiritual Awakening Happen?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There is no fixed reason or timeline that a person follows to have their spiritual awakening. It simply happens. Sometimes, it happens so quickly you do not even understand what you are going through, and sometimes, the awakening takes years to fully register.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the most common reasons for a spiritual awakening is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A big loss: A loss of a loved one or a bad breakup may start your spiritual awakening; grief and loss often act as a wake-up call.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A mundane life routine: Sometimes, following a very repetitive life pattern over and over again can suddenly make you realize that you want a true purpose.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dreams: Sometimes, very vivid dreams can also jump-start your spiritual awakenings; some dreams carry cryptic messages from the universe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A Big Change: Maybe you have just moved to a different city altogether, are in a completely new place with new people, and feel different and free. This feeling can also cause you to awaken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Spiritual Awakening Symptoms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Spiritual awakening has a lot of symptoms or signs associated with it. Most times, the signs are very clear; you just have to look for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Feeling Lost<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You may suddenly lose track of your life, and your goals that previously inspired you may start to look bleak. You start to crave something more and dream bigger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Strong Intuition<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You may have developed a stronger intuition lately. Maybe you skipped a party because you had a bad feeling about it and you found out that the party had your ex on the invite list the next morning. You start finding peace within.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Searching for Purpose<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>After feeling directionless, you actively start searching for a purpose. You try to find meaning by approaching mentors and elders for guidance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Improve Yourself<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You suddenly start acknowledging your own flaws and introspect deeply. You are polite to elders and patient with children and help others however you can. You feel the need to make a big change in your way of thinking and life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Transformation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You start actually making changes in your daily life. You start being nicer, more patient, and, overall, a more genuine human being. You let go of places and people that make you feel less than.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Connection<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You start building deeper connections with people and approach mentors and spiritual leaders for knowledge. You learn and grow a lot. You read books and attend lessons that will teach you a purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Incorporation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Whatever you learn, you start to apply that to your daily life. Your life starts to have a sense of newfound purpose. You become more spiritually empowered and rise above petty things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Teaching<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You start teaching people what you have learned on your journey. You pass down the knowledge and wisdom and start helping others reach the same level of spiritual awakening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How Can You Practice Spiritual Awakening?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There are different ways you can start your journey of being more spiritually aware:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Start meditation and yoga; this will help you ground your energy and conserve it for bigger purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Write down about your day and feelings; this will allow you to come back to them and introspect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Start questioning what you want from life in the long run. Does your current situation match the goal? Or do you need to make some changes?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Spiritual awakening is an experience that is different for everyone.
